We are using the SALESFORCE in order to increase the SALES TEAM productivity. So we prepared the system in order to each sales people can input all the visits information. Informations like Orders, turnover, After sales, POP Material , any kind of relevant information. In addition we started to have a new KPI that is the VISIT AND CONVERTION. Important issue is to envlove all the Sales team,almost 200 people and 77% are agents. And having all these people spread out in a Big country that Brazil is.
